Our process is simple and convenient. Order your impression kit online, take your dental impressions at home following our easy instructions, and mail them back to us. Our dental professionals will create your custom product and ship it directly to you.
Not at all! Our impression kit comes with detailed step-by-step instructions and video tutorials. Most customers complete their impressions successfully on the first try.If needed, we can provide online guidance to help you take your dental impressions correctly.
Once we receive your impressions, we’ll start production immediately and ship your custom retainer when it’s ready. The entire process usually takes 10–20 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships. Rush production is available for an additional fee if you need it sooner
To clean your retainer, use cleaning tablets or rinse it under running water. Avoid soaking it in hot water, as heat may affect the shape of your retainer.
Your retainer is not a one-size-fits-all product. Each retainer is custom-made based on the impressions you provide, designed specifically for your teeth. If there is any fitting issue, we will provide a free remake to ensure a proper fit.
